This policy explains what personal data MOBILE GROUP 2022 EOOD (“Mobile Group”, “we”, “us”) processes, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website, to enquiries you send us, and to the work we do for clients.
1. Who we are
The data controller is MOBILE GROUP 2022 EOOD, a single-member limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, with its registered office at 3 Sheynovo Str., office 509, Vazrazhdane district, Burgas, Bulgaria, represented by the sole owner of the capital, Vasilka Velkova Kovacheva.
You can reach us at mobilegrouped@inbox.eu or +36 20 464 3315 for anything in this policy.
2. What personal data we collect
Data you give us
- Enquiry data — your name, company, email address, telephone number, the package you are interested in, the channels you already use, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Client data — the contact and billing details we need to enter into and perform a contract, including the details required on an invoice.
- Material you send us — photos, video, text, brand assets and documents you provide so we can produce work for you. These may incidentally contain personal data about you, your staff or your customers.
- Access credentials — delegated (never shared-password) access to your advertising, analytics and social accounts where the engagement requires it.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you viewed. Some of this is recorded in server logs by our hosting provider as a normal part of serving the site.
- Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies. See the Cookies Policy.
- Local preference — your cookie choice is stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to us or to a third party by itself. Submitting it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled; nothing is sent until you send it.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to an enquiry and preparing a proposal | Enquiry data | Steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) |
| Delivering the agreed services | Client data, material, access | Performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) |
| Invoicing, accounting and tax records | Billing data | Legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) |
| Keeping the site secure and available | Technical data | Legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) |
| Understanding how the site is used | Analytics data | Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) |
| Establishing or defending legal claims | As relevant | Legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) |
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before it.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and analytics run only after you accept them. The full detail — what is set, by whom, for how long, and how to change your mind — is in the Cookies Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties who need it to do their job:
- Hosting and email providers, who store the site and our correspondence.
- Advertising and analytics platforms — principally Meta and Google — when we run campaigns or measurement on your behalf under your own accounts.
- Email and messaging tools used to send the broadcasts included in your package.
- Accountants and auditors, for invoicing and statutory reporting.
- Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Where these parties act as processors, they do so under a written agreement that limits them to our documented instructions.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the platforms above are operated by companies established outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, it is done on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with any additional safeguards required. You can ask us which mechanism applies to a specific transfer.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects — up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records and correspondence — for the duration of the engagement and 3 years afterwards, in line with the general limitation period for contractual claims.
- Accounting and tax documents — for the periods required by Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation.
- Material you sent us — returned or deleted on request once the engagement ends.
- Server logs — short retention periods set by our hosting provider.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- be told what we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
- have data erased where there is no longer a lawful reason for us to keep it;
- restrict processing while a dispute about accuracy or lawfulness is resolved;
- receive data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, and have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Write to mobilegrouped@inbox.eu and we will respond within one month. If the request is complex we may extend that by two further months and will tell you why.
9. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, reputable providers and the principle of least privilege — we ask for the narrowest access that lets us do the work, and we hand it back when the engagement ends. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where required, you.
10. Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated directly to active clients.
